This place was absolutely fantastic, when I come back to Reykjavik I can’t even imagine trying to stay anywhere else, I don’t think anything could be better. Amazing cleaning staff, the best accommodations I have ever seen, you could spend a week here and be very busy within a 20 minute walking distance every single day.

We stayed at the artisan bldg. loved the proximity of this residence to the downtown spot’s & restaurants. It is also quiet at night so we were able to get some good rest after our tours.

Hotel site a little confusing due to fact that there are at least 20 Residence hotels but one hotel with lobby and staff. We had difficult finding hotel but manager walked to our Residence hotel

This Hotel is very central to everything. There are bus stops at the bottom of the road. We used bus stop 14. Although there is no parking at the hotel itself there is parking locally. We parked in parking area 3 which was free for the weekend and very cheap at other times. Only a two minute walk away. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when you asked questions. The hotel room was ready before 3pm and we were allowed into the room. I think we were in the room by 1pm. The rooms are very stylish and clean with plenty of room. We had a delicious breakfast every day which is delivered to your room. We took a day trip around the Golden circle and snowmobiling. It was absolutely fantastic so I would recommend that. We drove ourselves to the BlueLagoon and to a couple of waterfalls in the south. I would highly recommend hiring a car as it is the cost of one transfer for a family of four. The roads are easy to use and very quiet.

Family of 6 stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment.

Family of six spending Spring Break in Iceland for a week. Stayed in this hotel for the final leg of the trip. Got the 3-bedroom apartment and it was AWESOME! Full kitchen, plenty of beds, and the in-room washer/dryer was fantastic! The staff even stocked our fridge with milk, apple juice and orange juice (everyday!). Would definitely go back and stay in this hotel again. 5 stars recommended!

Wonderful hotel - we stayed in the main building in a 1 bedroom apt. Clean and well cared for. Close to center of Reykjavík everything. Very homey with breakfast. Will stay here again next time!

We stayed for 2 nights. The property is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment rooms were fantastic, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is loaded with needed utilities and dinner ware. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Especially as they deliver to the room so that you dont have to try to finish breakfast by a particular time. That includes milk, juice and fresh bread every morning from the nearby bakery. Bathroom was great. Once of the best experiences that I have had. When I go back to Iceland, I will stay there again.
