This hotel really exceeded my expectations. They were able to accommodate a much needed earlier check-in. The lobby of the hotel was very cozy and had an extensive area for people to hang out. In addition, complimentary tea and coffee were available as self-serve all day. The room was small but efficient - it was clean and bright and very new. One unfortunate thing that happened while there was the elevator had broken down; however, the staff were able to help with luggage as needed. Note that the room did not have a mini fridge. Parking was easy and free. We chose the hotel for its walking distance to the city without the noise of a city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly laid out and comfortable. The hotel was not too far from downtown to walk every day but far enough not to be loud at night. We loved it and would stay here again.

I LOVED my stay at Eyja Guldsman, though short. It is beautiful and comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful, and they offer free coffee and tea! I just wish it were closer to the city center - I switched hotels after a night, and I loved the convenience of my next place though it wasn’t as warm and inviting.

We loved this peaceful, comfortable and centrally located hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We hope to stay here again on our next visit!

The staff were attentive and kind. We stayed one night during the first part of our trip and three nights at the end. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was convenient and fresh.
