Very convenient for airport and Reykjavik. very easy to use the self check in. We selected the location due to free parking, which they do have, but only 16 spots (and I think people created a few extra as well). The parking space is tight for anything of any size (like a Van/RV/truck). Very clean hotel. Good breakfast. We enjoyed the foosball table, they also had, but we did not use the board games and take/leave library. Easy walking distance to a number or restaurants.

Oddsson Midtown is a fine choice for a mid-range stay. Wi-fi is strong, the rooms are comfortable and quiet and the breakfast is enjoyable. While it's not downtown, it's next to a bus stop and just a few minutes drive (4km) from downtown. There's a few grocery stores and actually good restaurants (Kabab Sara, KB, etc). You can place your bags in. the luggage room on the day you arrive before check in which is nice because you cannot enter your room until exactly 3PM. The parking is free, but I noticed the space can get limited, but we were always able to park. Definitely wouldn't mind staying here again.

ODDSSON was an amazing hotel. The self check in was convenient, especially if you’re introvert, haha. I really enjoyed the cleanliness and area around the hotel. As an American staying in Iceland, the Domino’s a 3-5 minute walk away was the icing on top.

This was my first time doing a remote check in. I got my code two days before and everything went smoothly. I would have booked a bigger room for next time, I had a single room it had a twin bed which was comfortable but being from America I’m use to having a bigger bed. The room was clean and convenient the bathroom floors felt like they were heated which added a great touch. The lobby and breakfast were good as well. I would stay at this hotel again.
