This property is all about the location. If you want a remote feeling near the ocean, it's fantastic for that.
There really isn't anyone on the property to ask questions to (at least that we found). The rooms are not sound proof, so hopefully you're neighbor is quiet, but we could hear furniture being moved and footsteps. There is a small fridge in the room and an electric kettle, but no access to a kitchen or microwave. There's heat, but no A/C (which is normal for Iceland, but the windows barely open, so we had to prop open the door to the room each night to get any decent cooling. A floor fan would have been nice to move air. We had a south facing room, so maybe other rooms were cooler.
It's a unique place to stay and we enjoyed it. We went into town for breakfast and coffee each morning.
