Very friendly staffs and well located. Our room was on the 8th floor which was just under the restaurant. It was very noisy early in the morning due to the breakfast services. We were switched to the 6th and it was much quieter. However, during our last night, there was an event on the roof bar and thw music was extremely loud and it lasted until midnight. We found it not very respectful for the other quests who stayed in the hotel. The breakfast was very good, a lot of option. The restaurant downstairs Mia was excellent, we ate there twice during our stay. Over all, it was a nice hotel except for the noise.

We had a wonderful stay at the solaria hotel and Grace was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond every chance she got. The location is fantastic and they had a delicious breakfast buffet to get us started everyday.

I’ve stayed in 100s of hotels over the years and this has most certainly been one of the best… the thoughtfulness and service of all the staff is outstanding…. From complimentary rooms on arrival and departure to food for our train journey to sapa and a free gift of coffee …. Never have I been treated so kindly… it was an absolute pleasure and I wish we were staying longer … the cocktails are amazing too … if you are visiting Hanoi you should stay here … location is perfect!!! 10 stars

The staff (everyone!) was lovely, friendly and speaking very good English. The room was beautiful, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good too. The location was great, in the old quarter, near the lake but not on a crazily busy roads. Highly recommended!

Great location, property is very clean. However, what made our stay special was the staff, very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, specially Susan at the front desk , and Michael at the sky bar. The spa was awesome as well.

From the minute we walked into the hotel right up until we said our goodbyes we were treated like royalty. Lily's customer service was flawless and she wasnt just going through the formalities as you expect, she went above and beyond and you could see she was very passionate about her job and making sure we had the most relaxed carefree stay. Its a very unique quirky hotel but done well. The rooftop bar was great and the breakfast had a great selection.

Most wonderful staff and hotel in Hanoi

This hotel is an absolute little gem of a find in Hanoi. The staff are amazing and from the minute we arrived we felt very cared for. The room was immaculate and comfty with great amenities. The location was perfect and close to the lake and all activities yet also super quiet at night for a great nights sleep. I had liaised previously with the hotel regarding transfers to Ninh Binh and airport pick ups and they organised everything smoothly for me. Ryan was great in messaging and confirming everything. Breakfast was lovely and a great menu All in all we loved this hotel and the staff are absolutely amazing. Would definitely return if coming back to Hanoi

Our stay at Solaria was exceptional. Morning breakfast was exceptional and the cocktail bar is top notch. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. Mia’s on the ground floor is lovely and the food was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.
