Clean room! Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Shower water was lukewarm do to fact that handicap bar interfered with faucet handle. This problem needs to be addressed.

The staff help was good. The room could have been better--we ran out of tissue (Kleenex), I could barely turn around in the bathroom, no clock for a wakeup alarm, the carpet in the hall was torn and frayed in too many places. On the good side, breakfast was very nice. Love the pancake making machine!

The bathroom was smaller than the reg best western. And always have to ask for more face clothes when you rent a 2 bedroom and communicated there will be 4 people in the room but have to ask for 2more face clothes.

Hotel is so hidden and signless that it is invisible from main road. Had lots of trouble finding it. Room too crowded with furniture, some of it tattered or askew. Worst thing: The heating/AC system is extremely loud. Even when it is not in use, the noise from those in neighboring rooms is intrusive.
