The hotel is being renovated. I was there for only 1 night; they gave me a room by the elevator and the ice dispenser machine; it was very noisy. I had hard time to sleep due to foot traffic and the noise coming from the elevator and the ice dispenser. The bed was comfortable but 3 of the 4 bath towels they left in the bathroom had stains on them.The hotel manager advised me to report my situation to Expedia since I booked my reservation through a 3rd party. Parking can be an issue because the parking space is shared by two hotels.

They would not let me check in without my physical ID, even though I had my work ID, a picture of my drivers license and an email from DMV showing that I requested a new one (misplaced my old one). I have stayed here a bunch of times in the past since work in the neighborhood but live 1.5 hrs away. I won’t be staying again.

Looks like brand new renovated rooms. Lobby still undergoing renovation but that was no problem. Staff helpful and friendly. One negative and odd thing was the full size fridge that looked new was not working though we really didn’t need it for our one night stay

The room was recently renovated but the mattress was not replaced and was quite uncomfortable. To lock the door, I had to slam it shut. The front desk receptionist explained that the gasket in the door frame was incorrect and needed replacement. This was a security concern. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel in a convenient location.

Hotel was under construction. They were working very late and very early. Very very noisy. It sounded like they were hammering in our room. The boy working at the front desk was very rude. Went to the desk for help and he was outside smoking. Twice! I had a reservation for three nights. After the first night I tried to cancel because of this bad experience but they would not let me. Not a happy guest

Hotel is currently being renovated. Hotel room on the 4th floor was renovated and in pristine shape. Great stay in a good location. We have stayed here several time and is always a great place to stay.
