Accidentally booked this room in Richmond but wanted one in Charlottesville. The two hotels are owned by the same company but Brian, the front desk clerk, refused to let us move the reservation to Charlottesville. Pathetic. Practically begged but “no”. Expedia was willing but not the hotel.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable lobby. Rooms need new sheets, comforters, and shower curtains as there were holes in each and stains in the comforter - they need to replace the items showing that much wear and tear.

They need to mind their own business! I left my dog in the car for a brief period with food and water. The outside temp was 30. The car is his home and he was protecting it. Some people had to complain as they approached the vehicle and he barked. Don’t stay there with a pet !!!

Over top of the bathroom ceiling was a very loud, vibrating machine. So loud that I couldn't sleep. Don't know if all rooms are like that, but room 413 is. DO NOT stay in that room!!!! 2 nights, $340 dollars!!! Overpriced and terrible!!!
