Good day. The staff was the best part of the hotel. Particularly a young lady named Gina. She was very polite & professional. Now the hotel itself could use a little tlc. I had an issue with my toilet not flushing. But maintenance came promptly to fix it. Then I noticed the morning of check out the faucet had almost dismounted from the counter top. Other than what I mentioned, overall my stay was good. Thank you for asking.

The bathroom was remodeled and the shower worked great. Surprised on the nice upgrades to the Four Queens hotel. My last stay was several years ago. Hotel check in reps were great and friendly. Big plus when checking in.
