The sheets had hairs on them from previous guests? The room smelled stale and the front desk staff were not hospitable. This hotel was not clean for the nightly fee they were charging for it.

Entire hallway carpeting as soon as step off elevator needs deep cleaning. Doors to rooms needs repainting fresh white. Curtains wouldn't close good for privacy overall average stay with room for improvement. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with a smile upon check in and throughout stay.

When I booked I did not realize how bad it look inside dirty carpet, broken sofa etc. we got 6 rooms for the family it was too late to start looking around. One thing I can say about the room it was clean and bathrooms as well. The personal at breakfast were very good especially with the children there was no cranberry juice and they got bottles the kids were very happy. To be a Holiday inn it was not a good experience.

This is the most disturbing disgusting I have ever see in my life. On the bed I noticed it as mice poops on it plus whole room smell like pee or mold also bathroom vent have too full of dust also my friend had been bit by bed bug.. I recommend customers not to stay at this holiday inn express hotel. I give them star 0

This IHG is full of mold. Their was also mold found on the food. Mold on curtains, under sinks, widowsills. Extremely disappointed!
