Never Again

A whirlwind of drama. Not sure I would stay here again nor suggest anyone. Hotel had a recent renovation of lobby. The breakfast on both days was not kept up. Bowls were empty and just lacked any effort. The room my husband stayed in - had to be moved due to excessive noise. Onece moved.. the tv disnt work properly. The toilet was odd flusing weirdly. The shower just had an exterior liner. We had to open the shower floor liner to place inside the shower since the floor was rather slipery. While leaving there was a used glove in the elevator. There are too many other choices in Innnsbrook - Glen Allen VA for this lack luster of a hotel to be chosen. When providing the front desk staff the letter to the General Manager of all of the errors- there was little to no reception. I saw the reviews posted on Hotels.com and was hopeful. Now I understand. Never again.

Hotel was clean, but I am not a fan of when the bathroom is separate. Sink is outside of the bathroom & bathroomis small. Other than that, stay was cool.

Exceeded my expectations

Fantastic experience!!! The man at the front desk at check in might have been the friendliest person Ive ever encountered at any hotel ive ever stayed in. The rest of the staff was just as friendly. Every time we passed someone we were greeted with a smile and a hello. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and will be using again in the future.
