The manager was very sarcastic and nasty. She pretended to be nice when we were in person but on the phone she was sarcastic and wicked. She mocked me and did not respect me. The room I was in had bed bugs!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The only plus was the surrounding stores and mall.

Keep looking elsewhere.

I was really surprised at how rundown the hotel was. It was very dated and they tried to put some paint on it. The bed and pillows were very old. The whole floor had a very horrible smell like urine. The toilet could be flushed about five times before breaking and having to be fixed. The carpet had holes in it and with sticky in spots. The comforter had holes in it as well. I was very surprised that they charged what they did for that type of property. I think it was the location is my only guess. The location was good.

Within walking distance is a mall and it is near to many places to eat and gas stations. The manager and the staff are all very nice. Haleh works the front desk and she remembered me from my previous visit. She goes above and beyond to make my stay an easy and pleasant experience and I appreciate her professionalism. I reported a problem to Kay who also works the front desk and she reported it to the manager right away. All of the front desk workers were professional and kind.

We chose this property for the convinience of surgery center and size. We arrived after 9pm, tired from a long day/drive, front desk clerk seemed half asleep and bored. Got to our room, very outdated but with all the necessary items, the bedroom air conditioner wasnt working, the phone was barely working, my sister called front desk and nothing happened, no one came. I had to make a 2nd call and front desk shows up. He's not a tech, tech wont come out at that time. I was offered a smaller room or wait til morning. We chose to wait. We asked for extra pillows as i was having surgery early the next morning but he never brought them up. So my sister went down around 2am to get some and was told no by a different woman now in front desk. She basically said, "you can have pillows in the morning, not now". The beds are cheap and uncomfortable. I cant comment on breakfast bevause i didnt eat from their buffett. The place is ghetto, run by ghetto people. I would never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Very noisy, people hanging out in the hallways. Loud until well after midnight. I had to step over a group of teenagers to get down the hall and to an elevator. Granted this hotel isn't a Hyatt, but its not a Motel 8 either. I expected and paid for better.

I chose to stay because of the name. I doubt if I’ll stay again. The room was humid even when adjusting thermostat. The sink was stopped up. The shower/tub faucet was broken and tub drained slowly. The night desk attendee had on slippers, a bonnet and no bra. Very distasteful. The room wasn’t overly expensive but too much for all of the above
