The check in process was terrible! After waiting in line for about 15 minutes. We were giving an occupied room. Then we were given a room with one bed when I reserved two. The person checking us in was trying to blame me for booking the wrong room. I had my confirmation number so he changed it. The room was nice but the process of dragging all our stuff up and down three times was ridiculous.

Bed was super comfortable. Great pillows. Very quiet. Beautiful view of fall foliage. A small table in the room hadnt been wiped down and some black debris on the bathroom counter. Nothing serious. Loved the complimentary valet service! Extremely helpful front desk staff. Pool and hot tub looked great, didnt use, tho.
