We had several rooms reserved for a celebration of life and we had a horrible time trying to get 2 connecting rooms — after several calls to hotel B4 we arrived, to asking when we checked-in to calling the next morning — the staff was not accommodating at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED Also I was supposed to be in the new tower and they put us in the old one.

Excellent experience staying at the hotel for a friends’ wedding celebration. The facilities for the wedding were excellent, incredible food, fun time in the casino, and a wonderful room with a huge bathroom. Would highly recommend a stay here again!!
