Room was less than desirable! The climate control didn’t work well (extremely hot)! The bathroom was out dated and hole in the shower wall! The hot water was none existent, pretty much only cold water! Will never stay at the raggedy regency motel!

Meigan at the front desk is a star. I have been travelling multiple cities in the past 3 weeks and have been staying at multiple hotels of all varieties. There were many disappointing experience even with top brands like Windham IHG. Meighan was a simply great. She was courteous, supportive, helpful and extremely proactive. I would come to Regency only because of the way she took care of us.
