Hotel staff was excellent. The room was in the middle of and/or in desperate need of repairs, particularly in the bathroom, specifically the tub/shower. Several towels rods missing. No place in the room to hang any clothes.

Staff support was very positive. However, the physical state of the facility was disconcerting. The outside looked truly decrepit. A makeover is needed, along with full on paint job. The interior rooms appeared very dated. The bathrooms, had very old fixtures. Yet it was very, very clean. The bed itself was also very clean and exceptionally well made up - sheets, pillows properly placed and looked spotless.. The Wi-Fi had little to no signal, very disappointing. The TV was cable, but the quality of the picture was disappointing.
