I saw a very good worker name, Rocio. She looked very dedicated in what she was doing. The ladys at the desk were pleasant. The breakfast area was kept nice and clean. Now, is not the first time I stayed here so once again, the room did not smell good. As soon I came on my room on the 4th foor, I had to clean all the surfaces because it looked like dirt fingers had touched everything. Also the floor was not clean.

Our room was not made up. I called the front desk and said we didn’t mind so much that the bed hadn’t been made, but we would like new towels. The person said we had to come down to the front desk to get them. They couldn’t even deliver them to the room.

I'm not a big traveler. I don't care for it. My vehicle had trouble on I95 and had it taken to the dealership adjacent to this hotel. The room was neat and comfortable. AC unit a little loud but not obnoxious. Flat screen, king bed with sofa and table. Free breakfast in the morning is great. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, fruits, bagels, juices, milk, coffee etc. Accomodating staff. Comfortable stay all around.

The first room I was in had clearly not been cleaned. There were bugs in the room, a white stain on the couch, the direct tv didn’t even show what show was on and the directory didn’t work, there was food on the air conditioner. The second room the pillows were stained. Same issue with direct tv, the pool was so cold we couldn’t swim in it. The ice machine on my floor was broke, the paint job in the hallways were poorly done. I was highly disappointed as this hotel had great reviews. I took photos to back up my complaints.

Like how quiet the halls were. The check in was not smooth arrived after checkin time and had to wait for then to clean room and front desk person had me sit down while she checked in others with same amount of people and gave them room before my family
