I called prior to the day to make sure we had twin beds instead of king, as i was staying with my teenage son. In that call they said tge systems were down, but they would take note. When we arrived i spoke reception again and they said it should be done but if not call reception and they would send someone up. The beds werent split, and we called reception and they said they would send someone up to fix...but that never happened. When we came back to hotel later it wasn't done and it was bedtime, so we just shared a bed. Not cool!! Also, gym was locked on Friday afternoon /evening, before the 10.30pm close time. Nice hotel, and we enjoyed out stay, but disappointing service .

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in our king bed room which was clean & modern. Food options available downstairs in the ‘Eats’ centre eg GYG. Walking distance to cafes, pubs & Woolies, plus transport. Parking available onsite too. Staff were pleasant but not particularly friendly.

My Stay at Vibe Hotel North Sydney

I visited Vibe Hotel North Sydney for a 2 days 1 night stay from 1st March to 2nd March. Being a VIP member of Hotels.com, I am eligible for an early check in and late check out. Upon reaching the hotel, we were told that the system is down and we have to return at 3pm. We dropped off our bags and saw people checking in. We decide to call the hotel to check in on what's happening and to our surprise, they told us that we can actually check in. At 12.30pm, we went to check in and was given an access card but since the system is down, we can't access our room without the help of someone from reception to open our doors for us. The room was decent but there were missing items from the so called pantry and we had to tell housekeeping to replenish it for us so that we won't be charged for not consuming them. Each time we request for something, they will take a long time to get to us and we have to go to reception to ask which is very inconvenient. The system was down throughout our entire stay and we didn't have the flexibility to go in and out of our rooms as there are times where the receptionist is busy. Being my first time in Sydney, it was a very unpleasant experience for me and I would never go back to a hotel which did not provide us with a fully ready room but a room which was half done.

This is an ok property to stay at. There is just nothing exciting about the place. The staff aren’t overly nice or friendly and it’s a lot of money to stay somewhere that’s just ok. There are better options for sure for the money.
