I love staying at the Vibe, it's me preference for North Sydney stays and I'm generally there every 6 weeks or so. Staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. Rooms are large and well kept. It's a convenient location also

Very friendly staff Room was nice and large, good size bathroom and liked that I had my own fridge. Very good transport links to the city. Train was a 5 min walk away, metro was across the road. Lots of shops around. I would definitely stay here again. Really good price. Rooftop pool and gym, which i didnt use but looked great.

The room needed a good clean but it’s the service that was bad. Had to buzz to get entry to the hotel and there were multiple people waiting to get in….and three reception staff doing nothing. I was hoping to get a late check out and they wanted $80! There’s no exhaust fan in bathroom, not enough towels etc. the view was an air conditioning unit. I will not stay again.

Good size room but awful service.

Good size rooms in a new build hotel. A bit of a rabbit Warren if you’re in the higher numbered rooms on each floor, but the rooms are big for a Sydney hotel. The staff is without exception rude. No pleasantries, no-one smiles, they were literally rude when I asked for my room key to be rescanned as it had stopped working. This isn’t unusual, it happens all the time - I don’t expect to have to wait 5 minutes for it to be done (no one at the desk, when they eventually came out of the office took forever to do it.) A dirty sheet left on the floor in the corner of the room was still there for the entirety of my stay, despite me alerting the front desk, and my room being made up by housekeeping after the first night.
Dirty sheet as a welcome gift - which remained even after housekeeping had ‘cleaned’ my room after the first night.
