I had to leave the property go to a convenience store to get a cup of coffee a 9:30 pm also again at 6:15 am because the facility don’t have coffee.. also I paid 223 dollars for a room so my wife and I could enjoy I nice swim unfortunately we tried to do so three times with in a 3 hour span all 3 times there were 15 to 30 unsupervised preteens running wild and screaming at top of there screeching lung it would be unbearable to sit in the poo area let alone swim

My daughter and I made a late overnight stop on our trip from PA to University of SC. Everything from reservation to checkout was smooth, safe and clean. The only thing that keeps me from giving an all-around excellent review is that we were hit with the strong smell of pot the minute we got off of the elevator at the 3rd floor directly in front of the sign stating that we were on a ‘strictly non-smoking floor’. I have nothing against pot; I just don’t want to smell it and I want non-smoking areas to absolutely be non-smoking.

Very great property. Only thing i didn’t like was the smell in the rooms and ice machine room. Just make sure you have febreeze to make your room smell good. Property was very convenient to stores, restaurants and everything.

During my stay there pool heater was broken and for the first few days staff stated it was a temporary issue that was going to be resolved the following day. On the third day after speaking with a different employees one of them finally stated that they do not know when it will be fixed because no one has looked at it yet. The hotel rooms are in need of an update. They were dark, dingy and not reflected by the photos. They also needed to be better cleaned. When asked for housekeeping front desk staff said they come by everyother day but on the third day of my stay I had to call and remind staff to come by to clean and empty the garbage. Also when I requested additional towels I was told there as no one to bring them so if I want them I need to pick them up myself. Overall hotel location is convenient but, I was disappointed with the conditions of the hotel and overall service.
