Kareem was a pleasant staff member at check in. He was personable and very helpful. Checked us in an hour early, which was great because we traveled 2 hours and arrived earlier than expected. He also was very helpful with other info about the area and the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is limited.

We only needed a quick overnight while in the greater Philadelphia area for my husband's business, but this served the purpose perfectly. Easy on and off 95 in what felt like a reasonably safe area, with a great Cracker Barrel, Wendy's, and gas station nearby, we had just what we needed within reach. The staff at the front desk was just lovely and very helpful. The room was spotless clean, which is always my biggest concern. Only thing that would make it 5 states vs 4 is: the for to the bathroom didn't stay closed (and with a sliding door, you really need that!), the bed was too soft (no support, though hubby slept just fine), and breakfast options were very limited. But truly, notanything that would prevent me from staying again. Shower pressure was EXCELLENT, which is a rare find these days, and there were plenty of luggage carts to bring our things in and out. Great work, guys!

The room was clean but the hvac unit was too loud! The complimentary breakfast was ok but needed more amenities and hearing the staff complain loudly its over at 9:30 when I was in line at 9:10 waiting on the one waffle maker was unprofessional!

What could’ve been improved is having everything we needed in the room. There was barely any toilet tissue, towels, sugar, etc. When I asked I was told housekeeping was off and will be back in the morning and that they are fully booked.

The staff was friendly and helpful ... far beyond what I've come to expect from Philadelphians. Because I was traveling without a car, I took advantage of the free shuttle service several times (to/from airport; to/from restaurant). Fantastic service. But my gawd ... the hotel needs to stock up on spare tooth brushes (they had run out the night before due to a winter blizzard that caused problems at the airport).

On a crazy travel night, I called ahead to book a room here, as the ratings were good. So pleased it worked out, with a helpful staff, clean room, and breakfast in the morning. Good hotel for your stay near an airport.
