Infelizmente ficamos decepcionados, hotel velho mobiliário ultrapassado, banheiro encardido, chuveiro pingando…pegamos com vista mar e e era impossível contemplar pois tinham muitas árvores, quarto virado para rua um barulho terrível dos carros…. O hotel usa estrutura do hotel Jatiuca resort, o café fica distante, para se dirigir até o café tomamos um banho de chuva…. O hotel está ultrapassado!! Os meninos da recepção são atenciosos e educados, mas a estrutura precisa se atualizar, até o aspecto da recepção precisar se atualizar!!! Não voltaria infelizmente!!

Staff was awesome. Amenities outside of the hotel, breakfast, pool, kids area and etc were fantastic. In the room the wifi was very slow and the parking on weekends was bad. Staff was great at helping my family and I. Would stay again for sure. The breakfast is unreal. Freaking amazing breakfast and pool.

A área de lazer do hotel é excelente, mas falta organização e manuntenção no predio principal. A ausencia de janelas antiruido prejudica o sono dos quartos voltados para a avenida. Solicitamos reacomodacao para quarto do outro lado e fomos atendidos. O cafe da manha é bom, mas absolutamente repetitivo.

Cheaper alternative to the resort but with caveats

Great alternative if you want to access the resort facilities, the building is a bit old and under some maintenance. There were some times we had to ask for towels and they needed to go to the laundry to get clean ones. The room service only do basic cleaning and fit the beds.

Falta de consideração com o cliente

O hotel possui uma boa estrutura. Piscina ao lado da praia, café da manhã completo. Atendimento da recepção e funcionários deixa a desejar. Gostaria de deixar registrado minha insatisfação com a questão do final de ano. Eles estão cobrando R$750 por pessoa para a festa. Caso você não queira participar da festa, você perde o acesso a estrutura do resort a partir das 19h (mesmo que você tenha pagado a sua diária no hotel, não pagando a bagatela de 750 reais, você perde os seus direitos). Gostaria de entender se isso é justo para as pessoas que não querem participar da festa. Aliás, não sei se os donos do resort estão sabendo, mas estamos em época de pandemia e pelo volume de pessoas que eles estão alocando no local pequeno da festa, isso é aglomeração. Um absurdo.

Um espaço muito agradável e confortável. As refeições são excelentes, pratos variados e deliciosos. A praia é super tranquila, quase não tem ninguém. O acesso às outras praias é super tranquilo. Os funcionários extremamente educados e atenciosos. Com certeza a melhor opção da região.

O hotel engana pelas fotos do resort , tudo bem que usa a estrutura do mesmo , mas os apartamentos do slavieiro são velhos , cheira a mofo , box quebrado , roupa de cama velha e suja , chuveiro sem água quente , ralos com odor horrível , em resumo , fique o dia todo na estrutura do resort , e tente esquecer o puxadinho .
