Spotless rooms . Cozy . Staff were courteous. Amenities would be great if coffee machine accepts cards .

The view was magical! Staff, daily breakfast and location - all cannot be beat! We will be back.

Overall a great place to stay. Close to the shuttle, great food, clean room and lovey and helpful staff. Highly recommended. See you next winter.

This was my second stay at the Chesa Valese and I was equally impressed both times with the hospitality from the staff who were helpful and super courteous. Breakfast was awesome every day and the spa area with the sauna and steam room were enjoyed daily! Thanks again and see you next time.

Great room. Clean and lovely view.

This hotel gives a nice cabin vibe and the view of the Matterhorn is breathtaking from our balcony. The Bathroom has heated floor as well, which was amazing.
