Upon arrival, we found several pieces of broken glass immediately outside of the entrance, which posed a safety risk to the three young children we had with us, one of which was an infant. Once we entered the unit, we observed a hole in the door to a pantry that appeared as if someone had thrown something at it or punched it. Upstairs, one of the three “bedrooms” was empty except for a pair of broken blinds, a t-shirt, and a blanket. The bunk bed that was advertised to be in the third bedroom was instead in the main bedroom with a king sized bed. The cabinet under the sink in the adjacent bathroom was missing a door/panel. We were consistently woken up by three different smoke alarms chirping through the night. In the morning, we discovered the high chair that was listed as one of the amenities was not present. There was also no hand soap and no paper towels. There were sponges and dish soap, but the sponges were dirty and worn. The host would not allow us to use the WiFi. We were provided 2 towels for 7 people. Host brought more three hours later when we were already gone for the day. Had to make other arrangements for our second night.
