Love the openness of the design, wood floors and vaulted ceilings, very clean and elegant. Free breakfast was a waste. The eggs were watery, country fried steaks looked very old, dry like previous day leftovers that got left under that heating lamp.

All staff is helpful and friendly..top notch. We have stayed at Ayres MV many times and have had wonderful experiences. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Breakfast staff is always cheerful and welcoming! Our room was clean as usual! However, this time our experience was very different. I asked for a quiet room, but had people above us walking ( playing soccer?) until midnight both nights. Very little sleep. The bed wiggled when husband moved, and I don't think it was a full sized queen bed. Very tired! The bathroon fan did not work. There was a crack in the window allowing all noise from pool or parking lot. Noisy.. Water from tap smelled poorly. We realize the hotel is under construction, but none of these issues involved the construction,...or the staff.
