Tub faucet was loose out of the wall the tub had paint peeling out of it from where someone painted the tub the fitness center was nasty and some equipment was damaged breakfast was out of stuff when we went to eat and front desk kept me on hold for 6 minutes when I call From Our room to report the tub faucet loose out of the wall and didn’t care one bit paid to much for a horrible stay!

I liked the when the front desk clerk remembered me after 2 years. I usually come there for my military weekends. I was gone for 2 years and when I showed up at 12:45am. He welcomed me with a big smile and remembered my name. Now that’s Excellent customer service.

I have stayed here over 20 times since 2017. It’s my “go-to” when traveling to see family. Great staff, it’s clean, Beds are super comfy, nice quiet area, great if you have pets, plenty of parking, convenient to everything and budget friendly! Love this place.

Room was in horrible condition. There were so few people staying there that I fear the room I had should have been one of the better ones, but this was a $50/ night room.

Good sleepover

If you are passing through looking for a place to sleep off I-81, this your place. The first thing I noticed is that the toilet seat was so loose I think I’d fall off it if I sat down! I tightened it up. Second there was towels hanging from the back of the bathroom door? I’m guessing these were dirty and cleaning missed them! Third there wasn’t any coffee for the morning. My wife went down the continental breakfast to get coffee and tea. Wanted to bring a couple blueberry muffins back to room but I guess they don’t want food in your room but they have a microwave for something!! Also the card reader to get back in room doesn’t work well. Sometimes standing in the hall hoping it unlocks!!
