We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years and it is starting to look tired and in dire need of a refresh. Coffee stains along doors and walls of our bathroom. Old and stained grout in bathroom. Big water damage area on ceiling of room roughly patched but not “finished”. Sheets wouldn’t stay put on mattress. Also had an issue with back to back reservations. Cleaning personnel disturbed our stay/sleep two days in a row due to “not having updated paperwork” regarding extended stay in the room. Hard to believe there isn’t a better process in place for extended stay guests. The hard insistent knocks on the door were intrusive…one while showering and the other while sleeping. Breakfast was one of the better ones for “inclusive” hotels. Was ok with “every other day” room service policy of the hotel. All in all, there aren’t many other options in this area of Rochester but we will find another hotel next time.

great minus water temp

I wish the water in the shower got hotter than just warm. Also my general issue with Hampton Inn is to keep the ham/bacon in a totally separate warming tray because its flavor ends up on the eggs and potatoes.

I work for a virginia electric utility and was in webster for family reunion. I told the desk when i checked in that due to the hurricane i may have to leave early when i went to check out to head back to virginia the lady at the desk wanted to argue about my checking out early i told her i had togo regardless. That is not my complaint. Iturn away from the desk and she then started to run her mouth about how i used expedia to some man standing near the desk and why i didn t call the hotel for a reservation facing a 10 hour drive i let it go
