I had a horrible experience. My car was broken into in the parking lot. The hotel staff did not have any empathy to my situation. They don’t make note of it just for their records and simply didn’t care as if this was a normal occurrence in their parking lot. I will not stay at this hotel ever again, nor will the referrals I’ve sent will stay there again.

Arrival by car is a real chore as they’ve dedicated much of the curbside for busses. Parking is poor. Bathrooms, at least in our suite, were poorly designed. Staff are well-trained and delightful helpers. The food is nicely prepared, nice tasting and reasonably priced.
