Walking distance to the University of Rochester. Strong Memorial hospital is a few short blocks away.

All bedrooms are on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a full sized bed, desk, night stand and desk lamp. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, nightstand, lamp and a double convertible loveseat. The third room has a queen bed, and a convertible chair, desk and office chair. Full bathroom has tub/shower, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer, bidet and hamper.
