Common area carpets are disgustingly dirty. Our room had a child's handprints all over the window and there was hair on the floor of the bathroom. The room next to us was playing loud music and when I called the front desk to ask them to address the situation, the telephone was broken and they couldn't hear me. Never again!!!

The hotel was a bit run down. There was a squatter in the room across from us and they had just had them removed and there was trash everywhere and it smelled like vomit. The hall carpets were disgusting. We had our dog with us and when I took her out in the morning there was a homeless man asking me to use my cell phone. Wouldn’t expect that from a hotel that has Radisson in its name. The reviews were misleading.

Property needs maintenance. One elevator was inoperable. Ice machine on my floor was broken. Keycard reader at side door broken. After walking our dog, had to go around to front door. Shower drain was very slow, had standing water while showering. Hot tub half empty, unusable. Lamp in our room not working. That's all I remember.

Pet fees equal dirty room

I'm tired of playing extra for a pet and getting a dirty room. My dog is hypoallergenic and I am allergic to other dogs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but the reason I’m giving this two stars is because our room smelled AWFUL. It was so disappointing returning to the room after being out in the heat only to be hit with FUNK as soon as we walked in the door. I couldn’t wait for our stay to be over. My bed skirt was absolutely disgusting, my sheets and covers was clean tho! We didn’t have but half a roll of toilet paper in the room. Walking into the room it smelt amazing specially compared to how the hall way smelt! But we left and came back and our whole room smelt like weed while the housekeepers was on the floor cleaning. Overall it was a good stay considering it was a last minute booked trip and we didn’t have to stay long but housekeeping definitely needs to do a lot better!

Nice stay amd good breakfast

Close to family we were visiting. Nice breakfast in the mor ing and staff were very friendly and kind to my elder mother. Once of the elevators was out of service during our week there, so in a crowded hotel that was a concern (mother uses a walker so couldnt take the stairs).

It was filthy and smelled awful. Dirty carpeting in the hotel and rooms. Pool drained, dirt in puddles at bottom of pool, closed - not usable. No breakfast, no coffee, which were to be included. Electricity out in the hotel. No lights or air conditioning in the room and hotel. Huge garbage collection bin in the hall outside of our room sat there the entire time we were there. Ful of garbage from the entire property. Carpeting in hotle hallways torn and filthy.
