Room felt neglected , wasn’t cleaned still had decorations from someone’s else celebration. Bathroom had piss on the floor. In the morning we went to breakfast with my children to my children spotted a roach crawling across the walls , didn’t have an appetite after that. Not to mention only booked for the pool and they didn’t even have a courtesy to put it on they website.

Tired room. Hot water for tea was in an urn previously used for coffee which made for undrinkable tea. Poor selection of sweets…they were stale. Texted time to leave when we were already on the road for 2 hours.

The bed was comfy. Shower good water pressure. Location great. Downside: I got a pet room. Just because I got a pet room, it should be clean thoroughly. My dog could smell the scent of another dog on my comforter. That shouldn’t happen. Also, there was a roach coming out of my hair dryer. Breakfast would have been better if you used biodegradable plates, forks, etc. I didn’t eat because I don’t eat from plastic. Front desk was great. I will come back because of location but I wish changes on cleanliness and eco friendly breakfast utensils
