I was very disappointed with the stay at this property. We did not find out the pool was closed until we were going to go in it on Friday night. Nothing posted on website or mentioned at check in, our room was not cleaned one day and when we asked for towels and coffee with coffee cups we did not get a full set of towels and received coffee filters with wine glasses and no creams/sugar. Plus one bed was so saggy and uncomfortable it was a good thing we had a room with two beds and able to sleep. No refund for inconvenience because I booked through expedia. I am hoping expedia can refund some fees otherwise I will think twice before using expedia or the Marriott again! Not happy with situation!

Could have been cleaner. The cleaning staff didn’t clean the room. They gave us new towels but that was all. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are fairly small.

My partner and I stayed overnight for an event in Raleigh. I was able to do a pre check in the day before and requested an early check in which we were able to do. The location is great as it is within walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely stay here again.
