The hotel is in nice condition, but the service could be improved. For instance, I called multiple times to reserve a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but no one answered the phone. When I finally got through, I was informed that reservations need to be made three days in advance. How was I supposed to know that? This makes the service quite useless. Additionally, I wasn't aware that the spa was not included with our hotel stay; otherwise, I would have purchased a treatment. Furthermore, the hotel's location is inconvenient. I would recommend finding a hotel in Rome instead.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was amazing with everything you needed. Very clean and modern. Few local shops and eating places walkable. We used the tram that was round 15 mins walk to the city. Just perfect for us ❤️

The rooms, common areas and breakfast were really nice. Parking was also very good. Location is not very walkable and dinner options were limited as a result. Airport shuttle was available with advance notice but Uber was faster and less expensive.

Overall, the staff were friendly. However, I accidentally left my adapter and iPhone charger in the room. When we called the hotel to ask if they had been found, the front desk simply said “no” and that “no one saw them.” We strongly believe the housekeeping staff may have taken them and failed to report it. This suggests the hotel still needs to improve training and oversight for its employees.
