This was a GREAT find. Very convenient to the sights by public transportation (validate your ticket BEFORE entering the bus!!) and a very nice area, walking distance to Vatican and to metro (Roma S. Pietro). The staff was absolutely amazing and super friendly. Breakfast was perfect Italian --freah coffee, pastry, yogurt, a sandwich for later if you'd like. I will DEFINITELY be back. Grazie mille, Casa Mia team!

We had a great stay at Casa Mia Vaticano! The place was clean and comfortable. There is a bus stop right outside which made it easy to get around. But the best part of our stay were the hosts! Tommaso and Massimo made us feel so at home! We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic from beginning to check out! Thomas (sp?) was a very gracious host. He confirmed my arrival, called to check if we would be attending breakfast, makes excellent cappuccino and is just an amazing person. If we do make it back to Rome, this is where we will stay. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean. Area has wonderful eateries. And you will appreciate the proximity to the Vatican City. 5☆ for the budget friendly. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Near St Peter Basilica - 15’ walk - 20-25’ to Tiber Island. Good breakfast, nice / clean triple room. Perfect for our second/leg trip to visit Rome/ Vatican City. Rosanna was very friendly helped us booking taxis from and to airport. She also let us stored our luggage after checkout til late afternoon so we can freely visit Vatican City and surrounding regions while waiting for our flight in the evening. Thanks so much Rosanna! Italy is such a beautiful country with so many nice cities/ museums/cathedrals…My family is so impressed with our first trip to Italy!

Casa Mia Vaticano was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located within easy walking distance to the vatican. The area is not much to speak of but we were there for only one night to go on the Vatican tour and it was well worth it. There were some decent restaurants within walking distance as well.

Arrived and did not get the room I booked. Got a twin bed in a very noisy area. As if it wasn't already noisy enough, the manager called my room at 8am the day after to see if I wanted breakfast. I complained about all this and he kicked us out of the hotel.

Amazing Host

We stayed two days in this Guest House. I highly recommend it. The host was very welcoming. I thought it was a hotel, because it was on hotels.com. Just to be aware it is a guesthouse.
