Great place, location & staff

We spent a few days in Rome for our anniversary. The hotel was great, we had a contactless check in due to the time we arrived, but everything was explained in detail via whatsapp before our arrival. We found the process so easy. The room was also great, everything was clean and tidy. The reception with the coffee machine was an added bonus and all the staff were so helpful.

Great location. Convenient/walkable to Roma Termini. Across street from beautiful Santa Maria Church. Walkable to Colosseum, Trevi, Monti neighborhood food/shopping. Signage not the most clear on how to enter hotel from street. Front desk staff 8am-1pm only-- very friendly though when we saw them the following days. Room photos nicer than actual room. Average cleanliness. Shower drain slow which I did not like. Overall "ok."

A few minutes walk from Termini train station. About 15 to 20 minutes walking distance to coliseum. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Room was clean and nice. After 1:30 there are no receptionist. You need to enter code to get in big heavy doors in the street. We couldn’t get the door open after putting in the code. Someone came out , then we entered. But.. there was another gate about 12 feet away you had to push open before the first door closed. Then a button to get in building to elevator. Once in our floor there were 2 doors to enter code again . We had a hard time entering code, getting door to open. Code for our room door worked fine. Wouldn’t stay there again because of this .

There are positives for the hotel, it is in an excellent location, it is very secure as you need access codes to enter the property and each of the blocks. Now for the negatives, I haveade the property aware of our thoughts. 1, On a number of sites the property is advertised as a bed and breakfast. When we arrived we discovered the property sells vouchers for a nearby cafe. Therepfre it is not a B&B. 2, The pictures on various sites I reviewed prior to booking do not represent the hotel rooms we were given. The room we were in is in need of extensive modernization. There is plaster missing off some of the walls and damage to a number of others. The laminate flooring by the bathroom was damaged as was the step when you enter the property. Overall in our opinion it was not value for money given the condition.

We were not happy with our room view because we rented in early November 2024 and the view shown was not the center court but the Basilica and the streets. When we arrived we immediately tried to fix this and were told we got what we rented. “I” would never even mistakenly rent an enclosed courtyard room and I made the reservation. Although they attempted to give us a smaller ‘double’ because they couldn’t understand why a ‘couple’ would rent a triple. Who cares! It’s our choice. That said, the security is amazing. You must input your special code at front door, entrance to inside building, inside floor area and then room. I loved this. The entrance front door is very slim and not fun bringing anything in or out though. The ‘triple room’ has two windows and a comfortable bed. The shower was fine for me but my husband was a little uncomfortable. That’s Europe though. The convenience of location is good. It’s a bit of a trek to most places or the tube. The Basílica next door was beautiful.

This hotel was goregous, and very conveniently located! A short walk to train station and Colosseum. Staff was amazing and helpful with storing luggage and suggesting dining options. They also gave us a map and explained how to get from place to place! We would stay here again. Very safe & very clean!

Lovely helpful staff, always welcoming. The rooms are very clean and having a safe and mini fridge is really good. The beds are a little firm & if you’re British, bring your own milk for tea! Apart from those two little things, it was fab - thank you

Staff was friendly and responsive through WhatsApp. The facility is secure, you need to enter a code 4 times to get into the building and room. One of the key pads was not working but the staff provided another code to get in. The place was clean, just outdated. The furniture was Ikea quality and felt like a dorm room or hostel. The bad thing is toilet was not flushing correctly and it seemed other guests were also having issues. The pictures on the website were much nicer than in person. The good thing about this hotel is that it is located near the train station and you can walk to the coliseum. I would not recommend the breakfast option. It is too pricey for the type of food you get. Just explore other places to eat. Overall, this place is if you want to save some money and you want to be close to the train station.
