The check in process worked really well and it was good to have What’s App communication when we needed it. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions or queries. Location was good, short walking distance to the big sights and lots of food options and transport links nearby. Would highly recommend

Fantastic location in the heart of Rome! We could walk in any direction and get to any major site as well as so many unexpected ones. There is one challenge on the Expedia site. Be careful with check in times. Their check in is really 1:30PM and you will have to pay an additional fee if you want the 10AM time.

Accommodation that is not really a “hotel” . It is apartments. Reception in one building and our room in another building. Lots of places to enter your code to get in. A bit irritating after a long day of travel.
