Room was great. We only inteded ours for sleep. 20-30 minute walks to basically every tourist attraction+great resturants and a 10 minute walk to the train station allowing you to move about anywhere in the city or country without having to spend money on taxis. Staff very friendly and helpful. Laundry very expensive so plan accordingly. Also the tourist tax is 6 euro per person per day (cash only) so make sure you account for that in your budget.

The was super clean.The view from the window was just ok since we were looking at a roof and other buildings. But the location of the hôtel was perfect and for those of you who are a little insecure, in front of the hôtel is a police station and a lot of military securing the area. The reason is that, that there are many gouvernement and embassy in the area. All in all we were very please.

Me sorprendió la calidad cuando fui. Impecable.

Amabilidad del conserje. Un Crack. Habitación hermosa, limpia. Ducha excelente. No le veo contra. Tiene enfrente la policía local. Tal vez un poco más alejada del centro. Pero solo unas cuadras y cerca de Termini. Volví a reservar para 10 dias más adelante cuando retorne a Roma. No lo duden.

We stayed in the 4 person room on top floor . Check in was great and elevator worked well (unlike our first hotel in Rome ). Air conditioning in hotel room was good . Only negative was there was not much around the neighborhood . The big termini train station was very close !

Efficient, friendly staff with travel tips, eg. Use Repubblica Metro station (not Termini due to the risk of pickpockets). It’s an older hotel with older fittings & decor but everything works well, eg. Powerful aircon & shower. Also, very helpful staff at Reception & Breakfast (10€ pp). Good location, 5min walking distance to Conad City supermarket. Safe area with police cars parked outside the hotel etc. Easy commute on Metro to tourist sites etc.

I would recommend this hotel

We were surprised by how spacious our room was - much larger than other hotels we’ve stayed in Rome. The room was also quiet and cool which helped ensure we had a pleasant one night stay. We did book this hotel due to its relative proximity to the train station, however we realised even a 10 minute walk with suitcases late at night is still quite unpleasant.
