I have just arrived home from a four day trip to Rome with my son, the hotel itself is clean and the room was very good, the housekeeping is exceptional, clean towels, room and bed sheets, I would rate our housekeeper as super excellent. On the hand the area is full of vagrants making all sorts of noises, shouting into the early hours even attempting to play a harmonica what a racquet that was too! also my son was set upon by four males, he took a beating and had his gold necklace ripped off his neck, very upsetting time and it was only because he had a zip inside his pocket otherwise they would have stolen his phone too, Rome is beautiful having so much to offer but unfortunately littered with thugs so beware! There are police everywhere which is great, but doesn’t prevent, more needs to be done to keep Rome a magical experience instead off having to watch your back all of the time as these thugs are very clever in their antics please keep safe if you decide to visit Rome!

This place is nice. We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here to celebrate NYE in Rome. However, it was very noisy even after 2AM. I could hear every noise. The room and bathroom were big, and the staffs were excellent. I would stay here again I I am ever back in Rome, not during NYE though.

Great Hotel

The hotel is in a perfect position to access all travel services to help get around Rome. The staff were friendly and very helpful. On arrival, we asked the manager on shift to help us contact the airport as we had left some of our luggage there. he was very helpful and contacted the airport and located our luggage. Excellent service. the room was very nice and comfortable and cleaned every day. Breakfast selection was really good.

Clean and convenient location. However, the neighborhood looks unsafe with so many homeless people around. Noisy at night, you can hear people screaming in the streets.

Nice hotel less than 5 minutes from main Rome train station. Typical train station area, but convenient location and hotel is a quiet oasis once inside. Modern rooms and bathrooms, decent sized for Europe. Work desk in room, and good internet. Reasonable selection of cold and some hot breakfast options.

The hotel location is just perfect. My room was really clean and spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast everyday. The area around the hotel has got nothing to do with the hotel. Generally, central parts of every city is busier than usual and of course a tad dirty. There is a security guard at the entrance and even the area has so many policemen around. I am a solo traveller and I didn't feel unsafe at all

The staff was excellent. The elevator is frustratingly slow and the electrical plug fried my adapter and tripped the fuse, twice. they apologized and told me the other rooms didn’t have that problem, and gave me a replacement adapter.

Hasan, the front desk clerk was nice and accommodating. The room was extremely hot inspite of the heater being turned off. Had to open the window to cool off and made the room smelled bad. The bathroom sink faucet was not easy to use. A weak senior won’t have the strength to turn it on. The surrounding is sketchy. Scary and strange characters were all over the place most especially at night. The hotel is not recommendable for a lone female traveller.

A fabulous hotel

A wonderful hotel in a great location. Super convenient to Termini and bus lines. The breakfast wax excellent and staff are friendly and very helpful. My room was lovely and spacious and was cleaned daily to the highest standard. I reallt enjoyed my stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Plenty of variety - fruit, cereal, eggs, yoghurt, salad, cold cuts, coffee.
Bathroom was spacious and spitless

The property is great, its a pity that the location had too many homeless people around and we were advised that is was okay to walk around but to keep a watchfull eye on our processions and not to use the ATM at night
