We just finished our 8th trip to Rome over the past 26 years (we love it enough to want to return every few years), and this property was ideal for what we needed. The location is really ideal if you want a place that is fairly easy to walk to many of the common areas visitors to Rome tend to want to go to. It was clean. The staff were very helpful.as with most apartments in Europe, things tend to be smaller than in the US, but everything worked and we enjoyed our visit. I liked it enough that I would return and stay here again, and I would recommend it to those who want less of a hotel experience and more of an apartment experience while staying in Rome.

Our HiSuite Rome unit was gorgeous and comfortable! The people that run the property are great at communicating, friendly and kind, especially Mike. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and Italian sites. The rooftop terrace is beautiful overlooking the quaint neighborhood. We most definitely would stay here again!

Laura is the lady that runs the property. She’s very helpful. Very nice. Will tell you all about the area. The property is very clean however we stayed in Suite 3 and the mattress had a 4 inch depression in it where I slept, which gave me a bit of a sore back unfortunately, you need to replace that mattress. It’s pretty obviously worn out.

The owner of this property was very helpful. The staff was excellent. The location of the apartment was within walking distance to the Piazza Navona and many good restaurants. There was also a very convenient taxi station around the corner and a convenience market on the same street that we were staying. Also there was an elevator in the building. Our apartment was extremely basic considering what we paid for it. The couch in the living area was uncomfortable for relaxing and there was a table and chairs for eating. That's about it. Kitchen had a refrigerator, sink, and stovetop. It was very small. The two bathrooms were clean, but could use a few towel hooks for hanging wet towels.

This hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, and in a wonderful location. A 4 minute walk from the river, 4 min walk from shops. Many good restaurants to choose from especially the one by Brama 2 - Antica Taverna. Laura and the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations.

Great central property within walking distance ( some may take 20 min or so) of key sites. Near good restaurants and taxi rank. When coming back to Rome this would be the area I would look to stay if seeing the sites. Host was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our weekend.

A little gem in the heart of Rome.

Very nice, spacious apartment in a great area of Rome. Close to Piazza Navona, and walking distance from Castel Angelo, the Vatican, and the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. Fun to be around the vibe of the Piazza Navona. Propietors are very gracious and very helpful. Were responsive to any and all issues, and were happy to help with any of your plans. This is not a full service hotel, but our hosts made sure all our needs were taken care of. Laura was a gem. I would go back.

We stayed in October 2024, two adults and one 12 year old in a one bedroom apartment - one private bedroom with full bath upstairs and a pull out couch with a full bath downstairs. Since it was a week in Rome, this was a wonderful way to spend it - instead of being in a cramped hotel room this was a real apartment. Very clean. The cleanliness of bathrooms is key for us and they both looked very new and clean. There is no daily maid service (but you can pay for it if you want). They did refresh the towels and empty the waste baskets a couple of times, which was all we needed. If you need an ironing board, just ask for it. (I should have asked for a microwave but didn't realize I could have, this is my own fault because there is a notice in the room states that all you have to do is ask.) The kitchen is fine for keeping leftovers and heating them up the next day. There will be noise at night, but I would say it is typical of any busy area in any city in the world. The location can't be beat - a charming cobblestone street with great restaurants nearby, walkable to just about any neighborhood in the city you would want to visit. The people at the desk were always very friendly and helpful. Hi Suite is a total win! I will recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome. ps Do yourself a favor and get out of the city for a day if you have time, we had a great beach day at Anzio.
