Convenient to FCO

Perfect place to stay when traveling out of FCO. Very close and has an airport shuttle so you can avoid the extra fee of a taxi. Has a nice bar area and restaurant with pretty good selection of food.

Maybe a 2 star but definitely not a 4

The hotel had terrible beds- all worn out and when you sit in them they sink down. The walls were peeling and there was mold around the bathroom shower.

I loved the closeness of the hotel to the airport! The shuttle runs every 15 minutes 24/7! The shuttle delivered us directly to terminal 3. We just had to cross the street and go up the escalator. So easy!! I didn’t like that the rooms have no carpet! That meant cold feet first thing in the morning! 😢

Front desk agent who checked us in was unfriendly and unclear about airport shuttle, baggage storage, and never offered info on food and beverage. We checked in early and the room was not ready. No problem but she did not offer baggage service until I came back to the desk asking for storage. When I did, she was rude and irritated. Having worked in the industry all of my career, I would say she is in the wrong line of work.

If no vehicle, eat prior to arrival

It was very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and hospitable. If you do not want to eat at the restaurant there (which is slim selections and typical at least 60€ for two) get something prior to arriving at the hotel, there is nothing around. Once you arruve it can be pricey to go elsewhere simce it is quite a drive away (unless you have yoir own vehicle).

Staff were not overly helpful or friendly. Restaurant service was slow and inattentive. Bed mattress was broken down badly to the point of being difficult to stay in bed.
