The door locking/unlocking equipment failed and made a noise most of the night resulting in very little sleep. It failed completley in the mornig and we were locked out of our room. This was an anxious time as all our belongings were locked inside and we had a flight to catch. Maintenance finally got us in after waiting 45 minutes. The manager did waive all our extra chrages to compensate. Drinks, dinner and breakfast. Thank you!

I didn't mean to book this hotel (I thought I was booking the Hilton right on the airport grounds) but it turned out to be a good mistake. The hotel shuttle was convenient to get to and from the airport. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. One of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in! The restaurant onsite has really good food and the breakfast was great with lots of options. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we fly into Rome.

Convenient location to the airport. Quick and east check in. Restaurants and bar were good and lively. Room was clean and adequate for a one night stay before heading home. Shuttle service every 15 minutes and no charge. We took the 4am to FCO.

The 1 night was stayed was fine. Nothing fancy or spectacular, but the staff was kind for how overwhelmed the hotel seemed to be due to high volume of hotel guests.

Good food in the restaurant. Nice clean room. I arrived early and the desk person who helped me was great. She arranged for an early check in and stored my baggage. When I returned to see if the room was ready yet (it was) the young desk person was not very pleasant and acted as it I was inconveniencing her. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Here is my list of pros and cons: PROS: - Close to airport - Available airport shuttle every 15 minutes for 24 hours - Wifi was fast and durable - I appreciate the high quality bathroom / room amenities - The lady who checked my in was kind and pleasurable CONS - The bathtub in my room was leaking everywhere. A quick shower caused the floor to be soaking wet. - The food/amenity shop was under stocked - I had many issues with the dining service - DINNER SERVICE: I had arrived to my dinner party a little bit late and no one served me or acknowledged me for about 20 minutes until I called someone over - After I made an order and it was served, it was immediately thought and brought to a man at my table (who already had food in front of him), when clearly there is no food in front of me. - BREAKFAST SERVICE: I was accepted into the food hall to have breakfast. After I had finished my small meal (tea, one bacon and a yogurt), the hostess came up to me and said my room did not have breakfast included (I wasn’t aware of this since I was accepted into the food hall) and suggested I pay full price for what I had eaten… the whole ordeal felt .. unwelcoming and did not sit right with me especially after paying a pretty high amount for one night’s stay. I’m thankful that the hostess saw my discomfort and just let me go in the end. But this was after many attempts to suggest I pay, even though I was let into the dining hall in the first place.
