Let me start by saying this was a great choice! Their breakfast options were perfect! The staff was great! It’s in the middle of the main attractions. Be ready to walk in Rome, doesn’t matter where you stay. But if you want something with a good breakfast option and close to your main point of interest this is it!

I forgot my handbag in our rental car ( along with my passport, wallet, driver's license). The Frontier desk staff ( forgot his name) help my husband call the rental company at the airport. I finally decided to go back to tge airport to see if my purse was turned in. He called a taxi for us, the drive drove us, waited for us to pick up my purse ( yes there are kind people in this world who honestly turned in my puse untouched). Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with plenty to chose from. There are lots of dinner options around the area and a lovely rooftop bar. The staff is kind, helpful and help you enjoy your stay.

My wife and I stayed with the hotel for our trip to Rome on our honeymoon. Both the hotel itself and its staff were excellent. The concierge team were incredibly helpful through every step of our stay. From coordinating shuttle to and from the airport to suggesting and reserving dining options, it can’t be overstated how taken care of we felt during our stay. We’ll definitely be staying with the hotel again on our next trip to Rome.

Beautiful property and Eleanora at reception was lovely! The rooms are pristine and great air conditioning. Beds are a bit hard but we slept great. The Gin Corner and rooftop are wonderful. The staff at this hotel are 5 star and the property is very walkable to many places.

Loved this hotel from the modern updates to the location. And the staff was amazing and top rate. We looked forward to our breakfasts, where we were treated so kindly by the ladies, esp Diane, Miriam and Bette. Also Jorge and the lovely lady at the front desk helped sort us out w/ our problems and gave great restaurant recommendations!

Stayed at the hotel for a full week. On arrival our room wasn’t ready, even though a number of messages to request a twin room was sent and acknowledged. The room was so dark, no natural light. I asked to move rooms the reception staff was so rude and did not help to resolve our request. Lights bulbs were not working, three of them. Which didn’t help - no natural light either. It was like staying in a cave. See the pictures. One day our room wasn’t serviced by 6pm. I asked reception to resolve and no apology was given. I was made to feel that I was the problem. Breakfast was good but was never offered coffee. We did have an excellent experience on the rooftop bar. Staff very friendly especially the man with milo the dog. He is a real asset to the hotel. Tapas food was perfect. A massive plus is the location. Very easy walking distance to most of the tourist attractions.
