Great location in Rome. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The daily fresh fruit was a nice touch. The staff was always very friendly and helpful with our questions. The breakfasts were amazing and beyond our expectations.

This is a great hotel and a wonderful location. The hotel is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The hotel employees are very willing to support their customers. However the greatest issue is the air-conditioning not performing to American or Asian standards. I would not stay here during the summer, unless they can fix their air conditioning to be suitable to American standards. Most Americans would be comfortable with air-conditioning between 69 to 75°F. The room was much warmer than this and therefore not comfortable. I would love to stay there again but not during the summer unless they can fix this problem

Staff are very friendly and helpful and were able to arrange tickets for visiting the Vatican and make restaurant recommendations. The restaurant is excellent and highly recommended. Nice hotel, but as other have said, not quite 5 star. The bathroom isn’t finished to a high standard and could be cleaner. Air conditioning struggled a bit some times.

the rooms were excellent, 2 bedrooms. nicely appointed. excellent service. giorgia, the concierge was fabulous. the breakfast was amazing. the only dings were the AC not cooling the room quite enough and the hotel being slightly away from rome so you couldn't walk to things.

Perfect!

I read some previous reviews and I was a bit worried, but I my worries were completely unfounded. The place was great in every way. Sara was especially helpful and managed all my details with efficiency and grace. The breakfast was amazing as well. Overall, I was thrilled by the experience and would stay there again in a second! Great hotel with excellent customer service

Over the top excellent customer service, and very nice, spacious rooms. Our only disappointment was that the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Hotel staff put padded mattress cover on our bed to make it more comfortable but also stated they are in the process of changing out all of the mattresses for more comfortable ones. Breakfast service is excellent, and make time to meet the chef/owner of the hotel and attached restaurant.
