Perfectly located and top notch customer service

We loved our stay at Maison Roma Piazza di Spagna. It's perfectly location just a couple of blocks from the Spanish Steps and some of the most luxurious shopping in Rome. Their customer service was top notch, the staff spoke English very well and were so attentive. Breakfast was delightful and the service staff was on top of everything, including getting your custom coffee order started as soon as you show up for breakfast! The room was comfortable, the AC worked super well, and the housekeeping service was excellent. They even celebrated my birthday by leaving balloons on the bed, and little cake with a candle and a card! Totally unexpected and a nice touch. We will stay here again when in Rome.

Amazing location in the most beautiful Roman street. Close to so many things. Love the hotel redesign too. Rooms are a bit small but good for Italian hotels. Only issue is uber now can’t get to the hotel room for pickups but it’s only a 5 minute walk

I cannot say enough about the Maison Roma experience. It became our quiet oasis in the bustling, crowded city of Rome. It was comfortable and welcoming. The staff is responsive and attentive. When our return flight was cancelled 2 hours before we were scheduled to leave the hotel, the front desk quickly found us new rooms for the night and cancelled our taxi and rescheduled a new one for the next morning. Such a pleasure!
