The room was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a balcony and the bathroom was large and included a bath. The room was well equipped with extras. We found the staff to be extremely accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was amazing! We stayed in 3 places during our Italy trip and by far Hotel Gregoriana was the best. Thank you for having us!

Great location just above the Spanish steps metro stop right there too. Free breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff was nice and held some of our luggage for a few days when we left Rome for other cities. Room was clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed how close it was to the Spanish Steps. A very cute boutique hotel with a very clean room, staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was good simple pastries, fruit and selection of cheese and meats (eggs were extra). Would recommend this hidden gem.
