Conveniently located near the Roma airport. We arrived well ahead of check-in time as we had an early morning flight. The hotel allowed us to drop our bags and gave us breakfast, since we would be checking out before the complimentary breakfast next morning. They got us into our room early. We took advantage of shuttle service to back to the airport to take a fast train into the city for the day and back to hotel later, where we enjoyed the pool, a tasty dinner in the hotel restaurant and a stroll along the pier in front of the hotel to watch the sunset. Our shuttle next morning promptly returned us to the airport the following morning. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel location couldn’t be greater. It’s closer to many nice restaurants. They allowed us to check in right when we arrived (10:30am) it was great considering we had a kid with us and we were exhausted. The hotel is very nice! I love the room, the restaurant and the rooftop.

Great alternative to staying at Rome airport

This is an excellent hotel if you are not wanting to stay at the airport which was our case. They provide a shuttle to and from the airport at a reasonable rate. It is in the port area of Fiumicino so interesting and active to view. There are numerous good restaurants very close to the hotel. Some staff were abrasive and not helpful which is a shame as this hotel has alot going for it. There are many signs telling guests what they cannot do which creates a negative tone. It is a great price compared to other hotels we stayed in Italy.

We had an incredibly frustrated stay here. When we arrived, the entire block was flooded and we couldn’t get into the hotel. We called and asked for help and were told “sorry there is nothing we can do.” The room itself was old and dirty. Tons of marks all over the wall and the room card control point came out of the wall when you pulled the card out.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, the check-in staff were openly speaking about us in Italian, assuming we wouldn’t understand (except we do speak Italian...).They treated us like an inconvenience rather than guests, a very rude and unprofessional first impression.. Our room had a major issue: the lights wouldn’t turn off. When I called the front desk, one staff member unhelpfully said, “I’m not sure what to tell you.” After a second call, someone finally came up and told us to remove the key card to cut the power—a completely unrealistic suggestion, as that also shut off the fan and air conditioning. I had to push for a room change just to be able to have a place to sleep without the lights on. Breakfast was another letdown. It was overpriced and poorly managed—the eggs and bacon were cold. When I asked about it, a staff member rolled their eyes and said there was nothing they could do because the outlet wasn’t working. Eventually, a technician plugged the warmer into another outlet. Checkout was just as frustrating. I asked for clarification on charges and was met with eye rolls and refusal to explain anything. Overall, the service was dismissive and unprofessional, the facilities poorly maintained, and the hospitality completely lacking. I would not recommend this hotel.
