Impeccable service, and beautiful hotel

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From the location to the breakfast to the absolutely spectacular customer service, they hit it all out of the park!! The hotel itself is beautiful with a gorgeous rooftop terrace. The staff were the best of the best, always happy to help. And the location is central with a delicious breakfast included with your stay. Incredibly impressed. Favourite hotel in Italy and we’ve been travelling for a month! Kudos again to the amazing staff

Although we only stayed one night we found the staff both friendly and attentive and the breakfast options were excellent. The hotel is relatively close to Termini station and has great shopping nearby. The location is also good for visiting the Colosseum and other attractions. A great choice of hotel

What's not to love?

They looked after every detail and were always responsive. This was our haven in the eternal city. Breakfasts were excellent and they catered for your every whim without complaint. We were given a room with a courtyard which was excellent for sharing a glass or three of Aperol Spritz and a gourmet pizza from the (excellent) shop located just a hundred metres away. What's not to love? Bed was firm but comfortable too.

Upon arrival we were greeted and the staff did an incredible job of helping us get oriented with the hotel and the area. Extremely helpful with questions we had about getting around Roma. The room was modern, well appointed, and very clean. Smaller but comfortable. Overall a great stay for our 2 nights.
