Oh, Navona Stay - you cheeky spot in Piazza Navona's heart! Eight nights felt like an Italian rom-com: stunning views, city chaos soundtrack. Great for authentic vibes; less so for flawless luxury. I'll add joyful sarcasm for the plot twists. Pros: Location? Chef's kiss! Steps from cafes, 5-min to Pantheon's top coffee. Nespresso machine with daily pods—espresso heaven. Daily housekeeping: spotless, fresh towels, robes, slippers, toiletries. Staff (9am-6pm): helpful, charming, quick taxis. Balcony views of Santa Agnese, obelisk, Bernini's fountain—front-row Rome! Private sauna? Luxe... sorta. Cons: Room tiny - like for elves. Weird elevated platform behind bed with uneven steps - adventure! Sauna maxed at 60°C (bad insulation); wobbly bench made us stand giggling. Shower leaked everywhere - use towel as dam, wring like Olympics. Piazza noise: 7am trash bottles crashing like thunder; events till midnight (markets, fairs, mics). Not hotel's fault - vibrant Rome! No traffic hum, at least. Booked for Jacuzzi; it vanished - oops! no rebate. Bummer! Overall: Joyful for immersion fans who laugh off quirks. 3.5/5 - flawed but fun, like Rome. Return? With earplugs, yes! Grazie!

!!!TEENY TINY!!! (Unit #3) If you or your family members are taller than 1.68m (5‘6“) and weigh more than 64kg (140 lbs) this isn’t your place, move along to the next listing. Literally had to turn sideways to walk into the shower. Clearance between camper size (think toddler) sink and shower was the distance of my forearm to my first knuckle, could not extend my fingers. Bewildered how my husband was able to get in and out of the shower. Shower pan floor liner had a huge bubble underneath. Picture 2 (pre-2000 era) dorm rooms pushed together w/2 twin beds, a full size bed, 4 book bag size backpacks & 4 pieces of carry-on luggage. 3 adults & 1 child only stayed for 1 night—Could not imagine staying longer W/O having war with my family. To walk past each other, someone had to sit on the bed and could only walk on 2 sides of the full size bed. Suitable for very, very small (imagine Wizard of Oz munchkins) 2 adults & 2 small children under the age of 10. POSITIVES: Great location & updated decor. Walkable to several tourists attractions. Not spotless, but clean w/fresh sheets. If you get easily lost or have difficulty following directions, strongly suggest check-in during designated hours. Property manager was helpful/pleasant & provided good communication & great video directions, but felt like we were on a treasure hunt trying to navigate through the super dark & very narrow hallways all while toting luggage.

We had a room overlooking Piazza Navona. With the window open, we could lean out and see the entire piazza. The room was just as advertised and was clean and quiet. We did hear a little noise from the piazza, but much less than expected (we were there Sunday and Monday nights, so Sunday was very busy and Monday was dead). We found really good food at family restaurants a couple blocks from piazza and walked everywhere. Be aware that you will need to carry your luggage up a couple flights of stairs to reach the very tiny elevator. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are two fast food places just outside the door and good places within easy walking distance.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Same walking distance to the Vatican and the Colosseum. Lots of restaurants and shops to choose from. We booked two rooms for the same price but one was much smaller than the other. The wifi was very bad, disconnected a lot and was slow. Was supposed to have water in the room every day but didn't until I said something. Luggage needs to be carried up one flight of stairs before an elevator is available...and the elevator is very very small. We would stay there again because of the location but have not learned what questions to ask. Would be good if Hotels.com at least mentioned the elevator situation.

The actual usable room space is very small

we stayed in the Exclusive Suite, Balcony, City View room. There is a huge tub in the room, but we were told that the tub is out of service. The actual room space is very small. We paid over $500/day and stayed in a small, incontinence room. it was a bad experience.
