The room was lovely and dark on the morning. Check out time was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was really nice. We had a great time. The only downfall was the woman that checked us in. Her English wasn't great, we paid everything on arrival, she kept trying to take a pre- auth even though you haven't got a mini bar and I didn't owe any money. When we checked out the man in the morning said we owed $60 for parking which we had already paid. I worked for the CEO of a 256 room hotel and also did night audit as part of my training. Budgets etc. Personally the staff need more training and people skills. It's a very small hotel.

Comfortable stay. Room was small but clean and tidy. Amenities were more basic than I was expecting though and perks of in room snacks etc underwhelming. Staff were polite and courteous. Breakfast was very busy at 9.30 and they struggled to replenish the buffet. Was disappointing and we would have made the effort to go earlier had we known.

The hotel is in a great location and easily accessible. Our room was upgraded upon arrival, however, the bathroom door was see-through from both sides and due to the sliding door, there was also no sound privacy. Our bed also was made with a stained sheet, assuming coffee or tea, which was not consumed during our stay.

Excellent accommodation

Had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as within walking distance of King Street Wharf. The room was clean with a confortable king size bed and modern bathroom. Parking was across tje riad in Wilsons carpark. Would highly recommend.

Perfect relaxed stay

When I arrive three people were in front desk and zero wait time. The theme of the hotel is relaxed, dark and moody. Public and room areas all look new and spotlessly clean. Very close to Bangaroo and went for a walk before chilling out in my robe. Shower pressure was spot on and there is a full complement of Dyson hair tools you can borrow. Sleep- whisper quiet, the soundproofing is great and the blackout curtains did their job- slept a solid 12 hours! Breakfast was included and a great spread of mainly western hot and cold options. My test is always to order medium cooked poached eggs and these were 10/10 perfect. Most get them wrong turning out too hard or too soft.
