The staff was very helpful! Although finding this was difficult because it is truly “off the beaten track” it is perfectly located to be able to walk to almost all of the important sites in Rome!

If the only available room are the Annex, don’t book it. Stayed at the actual Navona Theatre Hotel twice before and had a pleasant stay. The annex on the other hand was closer to the Piazza but conditions of the room are unsatisfactory. The building it’s in is dirty and seemed unsafe - lots of foot traffic due to it sharing entrances with multiple airBNBs and hostel style like rooms. There is an elevator but you have to take 20 stair steps before getting to it. And then when you exit the elevator, you have to take another 15 steps down to the entrance of the rooms. It was confusing. Definitely a No- No in the future. And I am speaking as an Expedia Platinum.

The room was good and great location. AC worked well and room was in good condition. Bed was a bit hard and pillows a bit thin, but other than that good overall.

The room was a block away from the hotel in an apartment building. It faced restaurants and bars that played loud music until 3am or so--super noisy. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We were not able to make the breakfast as only open from 8-10am. We only ended up spending one night there before moving to another hotel that was much more comfortable and quieter. I would not recommend this as an attractive option for travelers.

Everything else is great expect you can’t sleep at night at hour room. The hotel is sharing with other local residents, and the next room happened to be lunatics who kept on practicing piano and chorus until midnight and although the hotel had notified him.

Modern and charming, in a great location

A small hotel with rooms set under the vaulted ceiling of an old disco (and we assume theatre). Quiet, modern and a warm welcome. Excellent location with plenty of choice for bars and restaurants close by. Good quality buffet breakfast.

Staff were amazing. Rooms are nice and clean. It reminds me of an upgraded hostel. It’s just rooms and no front desk staff after 10pm. I recommend this hotel because close to everything. The only negative thing that stood out to me is a staff member or staff members friend pretty asian female was kisses non stop on the couch with her boyfriend on numerous occasions in the main lobby. I still remember the sound yuck. The lobby has an echo, you can hear the conversations and laughter in your room. The streets they say is extremely safe but walking down a dark cobble stone alley late night is pretty creepy. But, again I definitely recommend it. The guy at the front desk was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The Hotel is located in a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants within a few blocks. If you are considering a room rate that includes breakfast I would highly suggest including breakfast. There were lots of items to choose from and everything was fresh. Thanks for a great stay!
