We left 6 days early because there were clearly bed bugs or bugs of some sort, both my husband and i have broke out in rashes and are itchy+++! Weve stayed here twice before so weren't expecting to run into any issues - but this was appalling. When I went to the desk to explain the issue and that we were checking out early for that reason, despite their being 3 members of staff at desks, I was made to wait in the rain for one staff member who was checking in another person. When eventually I was served, I said "we were checking out early because..." and before I could finish she put her hand out for the key and said ok madam goodbye - I reiterated we weren't due to check out until Monday (this was the prev Wednesday) she said "ok" and smiled, called next ro the next customer! So we've lost out on the cost of this stay, the full payment for city tax - which we ended up paying twice for a hotel elsewhere as well as the cost for different accommodation, not to mention the additional cost for creams and lotions etc to calm the itching! We definitely will not be back which is a shame!

Good, only thing that concerned me is that someone tried to break into my cabin while I was out. I went out early but remembered to place the deadlock on the door and came back in the evening and looked like someone had tried their luck and forced something between the door but because the deadlock was on luckily they didn’t get in though saying that I took all valuables with me so there was nothing to steel. I did report it to reception the day it happened

Room was nice, site map confusioning, online check-in is useless as they asked for the passports again In the FAQ they said early checkin is possible, I sent flight information and asked about the early checkin 3 days before the arrival date but they didn't reply. They kept us 4 hours waiting becuase the receptionist didn't want to call the housekeeping to check in the room is ready (she said I am busy and cannot call them) After 5 hours flight and 4 hours waiting for the room my family was very tired to go out again and visit the city and we lost a full day :(((
