It is right that i had to cancel 2 days before my trip which was after the fully refundable period, due to a lung infection health problem, but i was expected to have a refund for those 2 booking days, or at least the second day, where i sent an email explaining the situation and hotels.com also sent emails, but the hotel choose not to reply and not refunding. Sometimes a good action can make more popularity over gaining money and restricting to rules.

Staff was very friendly, well one in particular, Marco. Marco was very nice and helpful. Elevator worked, which is a plus as my room was on the 4th floor. The bad part of my stay was the bed. It was awful and uneven. Bowed upward as in the opposite of sagging. Miserable to sleep on.

Very close to Roma Termini with lots of restaurants on the same street. Hotel breakfast was really good! Bed abit hard but clean room.

Upon arrival our room needed maintenance bathroom shelves falling off the wall, cabinet door missing trim, the HVAC couldn’t lower the temperature. But it was a good walkable spot between attractions and the train station and we made it work for our needs.

Other than the location, the rest of the experience was sub par to say the least: • broken shower head • noisy at night (walls seemed paper thin) • the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Our first night there was way too hot, and after we asked them to make the room cooler, it still wasn’t what we wanted. Avoid at all costs.
