Liked that the entrance to the hotel was a simple wood door, required a key at night. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room had a step up into the bathroom. Hot water wasn't. Sockets for phone chargers have switches to turn them on. Telephone booth sized shower, what ive come to expect in Europe. Would happily rebook, location a few hundred yards from the Vatican.

Excellent, safe location close to the Basilica with police presence all through the day and night. The hotel is super quiet at night/mornings even though it is in a busy thoroughfare during the day. Included breakfast at a nearby bar was very good consisting of a variety of pastries and juice/coffee/delicious hot chocolate. Luca at the front desk was super friendly and helpful with any questions. The subway stop is Ottaviano, about 10-15 min walk with luggage, with connections to Termini and the blue line. The hotel will arrange a taxi to the airport if you let them know at the front desk. But we went with a Sit Bus shuttle that is also about 10 min walk away from the hotel with frequent service to Fiumicino starting pretty early in the morning. Obviously the Basilica, Vatican Museums and the Castel San Angelo are a stone's throw away but the other main attractions in Rome are also within reasonable walking distance. Very convenient if you want to get a super early start to line up for the Basilica or the Museum visit. The room was very large, clean and neat. We had a queen bed with a sofa bed and they were all very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean with a standing shower. Overall, our hotel stay was very comfortable, safe and relatively inexpensive for all the great amenities. Highly recommend.

Amazing. Very convenient to everything like food and mini market plus the vatican is 3 min walk. Restaurant in front and gelato store right next to it. The souvenir shops is very affordable. What else can you look for.

This is our first time to stay in a guesthouse and it exceeded our expectations . The facility is very close to Saint Peter’s square , room and bed are clean and comfortable , bathroom is spacious . The staff are wonderful , responded right away to our requests. Thanks to Luca , Ciro , Fe and Pia . Prior to our arrival , I texted the property that we are older and have lifting difficulty. They assigned a room to us in their main building , with a small elevator . Our stay was wonderful , it would have been perfect but the elevator did not work on our early morning departure . My husband and I had a hard time bringing our luggage down the stairs. A man on the ground floor heard our commotion in the stairs and came to help us

This was a very sweet little guest house, literally off of St. Peter's Square. The price and location CAN NOT BE BEAT! I will say that the hotel seems like it's a start up, and they seem to be slowly renovating as they have more guests. It's loud - inside and out. My kids stayed in a room closer to the front desk and the room itself was nicer, but the bathroom looks to need updating. We stayed in the room the furthest away from the front desk, and could hear everything going on in hallway and reception area until late in the night. (Our room seemed tired, but our bathroom was more updated). Just make sure to bring earplugs for sleeping as the doors are thin. They conveniently have key pads to get into the rooms - but they are really loud when you are unlocking the door to your room. This was definitely a busier area in Rome, so there were sirens driving around most of the night. It just seemed loud to us. The staff was amazing - friendly, helpful, and welcoming! And as far as location, I would give them 10 stars!!!

Really wet bathroom without enough coverage. Airport transfer was 80 euros instead of the city rate of 55. But other than that, it was beautiful and service was great

Hot water on the shower was not ready..the aircon was not turned on...the room is not for seniors addtl step to the bathroom which is dangerous...no vip upgrade..no benefits received...its good we only stayed for one night.

We checked in brining all our bags up to reception and then told our room was in an annex building 3 minutes away walking. Building was a 7th century building that was converted into rooms. Building was on a side street which was cobble stone and vehicle noise was an annoyance. No elevator, no reception desk, no amenities.
