Room was immaculate. Can’t say enough about the cleaning staff and the staff in general. Location was perfect — right in the heart of everything (only about one block from the Spanish Steps). Would definitely stay again!

Overall a nice place, but a few room issues… There is a lack of storage in the room and bathroom, meaning we had our stuff all over the floor The lights were a complete mystery. Multiple switched, different rooms, etc… we simply couldn’t work it out, meaning sleep was an issue with 3-4 flashing LEDs that we couldn’t switch off Be nice to have a TV Couldn’t work the coffee machine out

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The selection of soaps, etc. were also very nice. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, as well. It’s also very close to a metro station, which was helpful. Just be prepared for a LOT of stairs.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The surrounding area is perfect for tourism and sightseeing (the Spanish Steps are literally at the end of the road); the facilities in our room were great and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our jacuzzi which was resolved immediately, as soon as I reached out to the hotel staff. The staff were also willing to support us with answering our never-ending questions about Rome and our room was cleaned and restocked every single day. We tried the Sweet & Salty breakfast which was delivered to our room and set out beautifully on the table. Great range of breakfast items and very filling. The room has a minibar, a coffee machine, snacks, hairdryer, wash products, iPad, everything you could ever need. The jacuzzi (definitely the main character) is an absolute dream after walking thousands of steps around Rome! The area is fantastic - there’s plenty of shopping and dining options as soon as you step outside. We particularly enjoyed and frequented Novecento Caffeteria which is a 3 minute walk away. Be ware that the hotel is on a steep-ish hill, however, all of Rome is either on a hill or steps! We used a lot of itTaxi’s and Ubers if we were out and about further from the area or had a lot bags. The hotel staff assisted us with taking our suitcase to our room ready for us for when we checked-in, as we arrived early and dropped off our baggage before exploring the area.

This is not your "cookie cutter" hotel. This hotel was amazing with a perfect location 5 minutes walking distance from the top of the Spanish Steps. All of the staff were so friendly, and willing to assist should you need anything. We booked a larger room that had extremely large (9ft? 12ft?) windows/shutters that opened into the most beautiful natural landscaped area. (I felt like a Disney princess every time I'd go open them up.) The room had artisan tiles throughout the bathroom and the main floor area of the room, and high ceilings. It's a little corky with the "brave lovers" theme. Love sticky notes on beautiful staircase walls, disco ball in the shower, and wine glasses placed on decor that was meant to look like a women's breasts. (Weird right?) This property has such authentic beautiful architecture no need for that, focus on the story of the hotel and the natural beauty this property has.
