Staff - treated very badly by Staff. The key for my door did not work so I went downstairs with all my luggage to ask for help. Was told to go upstairs and someone would come. Took all my luggage upstairs. Waited 15 minutes. No-one came. So I went downstairs with all my luggage again to ask for help again. Was told by the girls that they were too busy and I should just try "shaking it". Took all my luggage upstairs. I tried "shaking it". That did not work. I asked another guest to try. They could not get it to work. Tried again and it did. The room was terrible.

Nice staff but once you get behind the desk it is honestly abysmal. Needs to be blown up and start again. Old and tired and the rooms are sooooo 1975. Horrible. And the noise outside all night long. And your head in the bed is inches from the door do you can hear every little thing in the hall. Do not book! I gave the staff at least 1 point which was the only good thing. The rest is zero. This is NOT a three star hotel.

The room was very small and didn’t have any drawers to put your clothes away. The window to outside was very creepy and looked disgusting. I didn’t like that we had to give are key to the front desk every single time we went out. The bed was split and every time you moved the space would get bigger. Wouldn’t recommend it go back.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves one. From the moment I arrived, it was one issue after another. There was water dripping from the ceiling, creating a constant mess and making the room feel unsafe and poorly maintained. The bathroom was just as bad—when you shower, the water goes everywhere because the setup is terrible. To make things worse, there were no basic toiletries like conditioner or body wash. For a hotel, that’s unacceptable. The safe box didn’t close or work at all, so storing valuables was impossible. The elevator was very old and barely functional, making me feel uneasy every time I used it. Overall, this was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they address these serious issues.

It’s a very basic room. It was clean and dark, but that’s about it. There wasn’t really a window, there was no body wash or conditioner, nor any coffee or tea. The doors are difficult to open and close. The staff weren’t particularly helpful. But to just stay for one night of sleep and head on your way, it might be still a good choice because it’s in a good location to the main train station.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's quite convenient being right across the street from the train station with all of its shops and restaurants. And when I want to catch a train, I don't have to worry about getting a taxi to the station. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had on ventilation so it smelled a little musty but overall I was satisfied. The staff are friendly and helpful and I would stay here again with no hesitation.

The staff I interacted with during the day were great. But the guy on the desk overnight stuck me on the 5th floor at the very back of the hotel, meaning I had to drag my case all over the place at 3 in the morning. I wish he’d given me a more convenient room or at least explained it was the last room or whatever

First, I will start off by letting you know that you will get no help whatsoever bringing your luggage to the room. The hotel itself feels like a rat maze. They have a tiny elevator to bring up your luggage on your own and you have to go upstairs three times before you get to the elevator, which is tiny so only one person and their luggage fits. Getting to the room was another issue because each floor is like a rats maze and you can tell that the owners of this hotel don’t give a damn about the quality or the service that they are providing. The beds are all disgusting and stained mattresses, and the bed frames are falling apart this was a nightmare of a hotel and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Limited amenities in the room TV remote didn't work properly so limited the use of the TV Only 1 small 500ml still & sparkling water provided in the room - not enough for 2 people sharing a room Room walls are thin so you can hear conversations from the surrounding rooms very clearly - this kept us awake one evening Breakfast was chaotic and unorganised, space was far too small for the amount of guests in the hotel. Hot food offer was cold Cold food offer was not fresh Not enough food out for the amount of guests so constantly having to wait for them to replenish the food Price was on the higher side so would have expected a better price experience compared to other hotels in this price bracket.
