GREAT place to stay, staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone speaks English, easy to get a cab or use the tram, great restaurants and cafe near hotel. Room was spacious and very clean.

Absolutely beautiful property. Got to check in earlier than expected and the check in staff was wonderful. We had the moon spa to ourselves and was just what we needed. The bed was a bit on the firmer side and we did not have access to any TV in English but we got to pick our own pillows!

Hotel is right beside the tram line, making it easy to get to different places we wanted to see, free parking across the street was quite easy to find a space, nice staff, cool spas available for booking too (with fee)

We had a great stay at the hotel, the staff were fantastic and helped us with some additional arrangements. Great location with easy access to the trams . Only downside was that the roof terrace was undergoing renovation but hopefully we will get to see that next time we visit

A little better than average

The hotel is very nice, not sure what makes it four stars, possibly the spa which I thought was included in my hotel room but no I had to pay an extra amount to use it, which I didn’t. Room was small and the bed for me was uncomfortable. You may disagree because it has that memory foam mattress that just doesn’t work for me. The staff were very very very nice. The rooftop was not open for summer yet although I think the website says it is. Not bad not wow just average I would say.

Hotel is in a great location! Bus stop is right outside which makes it very easy to get to the city center and back. Also walkable - about 30 mins. Room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Wish the rooftop was open but otherwise great!

Hotel was close to the train station and also the tram was right across the street to take you to the Colosseum or into Rome towards the Vatican. Walk from Vatican was approx. 30 min walk from the tram drop off. (could take a bus) Front desk was very helpful. Disappointed that the roof top bar/restaurant was still closed for the season as I thought it was open in May. Restaurant attached to lobby was very good food and service. Nice you could also eat outside in the front and even for breakfast there was a small outdoor patio. Room was large enough for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and has a small balcony. Bed was firm but comfortable. Room was also cleaned daily. Cab to the Airport was $60 euros. If to visit again I think we would stay closer to Rome central area.

My husband, 2 children and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. If you can rent one of the spa rooms, they were amazing and so relaxing, highly recommend. Beds were comfy and pillows were phenomenal. They cleaned the room everyday and replenished everything we needed. The staff were all so friendly and the restaurant had great food. The breakfast buffet was ok. The surrounding area was walkable, we felt safe and there were lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Quiet area and bus pick ups right outside the door. The taxi to the airport was only 1/2hr. We walked to the Colosseum in 45 minutes, and it was a lovely walk.

My wife and only came for 1 night but everything from check in until check out was great. The hotel was clean, everyone spoke English, the room was larger than most Italian hotels and they have a nice spa. They do have on-site parking for a fee.
